Based on the concept document, we create a clear plan with milestones, deadlines, and cost breakdowns. This ensures everyone is aligned on expectations and timelines. We also provide a contract with milestones, dates, and costs stated.

Timing: 3-5 business days

Deliverable: A Project Production Plan with structured timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cost estimates for each milestone. A contract signed by both parties.

We build a basic, functional version of the game to validate core mechanics, ideas, and feasibility. This step ensures the foundation is solid before moving further. Weekly reports keep you informed.

Deliverable: A Prototype Build showcasing key features and initial gameplay mechanics.

Depending on the project’s size and complexity, we assemble one or several dedicated development teams to ensure efficiency and scalability. We develop a representative segment of the game, focusing on the core gameplay loop and all major mechanics. During this phase, we finalize the core loop and align both gameplay and meta-gameplay elements to ensure they complement each other seamlessly. Regular builds and progress reports allow for feedback and validation.

Timing: 2-6 weeks

Deliverable: A Vertical Slice Build with a finalized gameplay core loop, major mechanics, and aligned gameplay and meta-gameplay systems in a playable format.

We take a pause on active development to carefully analyze your input, address concerns, and refine the game design, mechanics, and features. During this stage, we maintain close and frequent communication with you to discuss feedback, explore potential improvements, and align on adjustments. This collaborative process ensures we are fully aligned and responsive to your vision.

Deliverable: A Document with Stated Improvements and an Updated Game Design Document (GDD) reflecting agreed changes.

We implement all approved changes into the game. This step involves completing the coding work, refining features, and ensuring all mechanics, assets, and systems function as intended. We also focus on visual polishing, including final VFX, animations, UI refinement, and overall aesthetics. Additionally, we conduct bug fixing, performance optimization, and final polish to deliver a stable, high-quality build. Weekly builds and detailed reports keep you updated on progress.

Timing: 2-4 weeks

Deliverable: A Release Candidate Build, with all revisions implemented, visually polished, optimized, and fully prepared for launch or soft launch.

We release the game to a limited audience for real-world testing, allowing us to gather critical data on player behavior, engagement, and game performance. During this phase, we closely monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and analyze technical stability through crash reports. This data helps validate the game's readiness for full release and ensures any final adjustments can be planned.

Timing: 1-2 weeks

Deliverable: An Analytics Report detailing game metrics, player behavior insights, and a Stability Report highlighting technical performance and stability.

Based on insights from the Analytics and Stability Reports gathered during the Soft Launch, we make final adjustments to the game, including game balance, economy tuning, and performance optimization to ensure an exceptional player experience. Additionally, we prepare and optimize store pages for global release, creating compelling visuals, descriptions, and promotional assets to attract players. We also handle the store submission process, ensuring the game meets all platform requirements (App Store, Google Play, PC platforms etc. ) and successfully passes review.
